Healthy Snicker Bars

If you’re a chocolate and peanut butter fan, you need to try this recipe! It takes a little over an hour to make it and it’s basically because you have to cook and refrigerate it through the process, but believe me, it’s totally worth it. another big plus to this recipe is that it is vegan and gluten free. It truly feels like your eating a cheat meal, but you’re really not, since all the ingredients are super healthy. With no farther adieu…


1 1/2 cup      Almond Flour

2 tbsp           Coconut Oil

1/4 cup         Maple Syrup

1 tsp             Vanilla


Bake for 10 minutes


2 tbsp           Coconut oil

1/4                Maple Syrup

3/4 cup        Peanut Butter

1 tsp             Vanilla


Fridge for 10 min


1 cup            Chocolate Chips

1 tbsp           Coconut Oil

Fridge until chocolate is hard

It’s really that easy! Once it’s ready you can cut it in pieces and put it back in the fridge, after taking a couple of pieces of course. You can even freeze them (just so you don’t end up overeating them because they are THAT good!). I advice storing the Healthy Snicker bars in an hermetic container, so they don’t trap the funny odors.
